COMMEMORATIVE BRICK ORDER FORM

Permanently engrave a tribute to honor a family member or friend that have served or are currently serving our great country, or show support for our Veterans Memorial with an appropriate military style quote. All bricks are subject to committee approval. After your brick has been ordered, installation will be completed in approximately 4-6 weeks, weather permitting. You will be notified once the installation has been completed. If your purchase is a gift, you will receive a certificate to present to the recipient.

$100 per 4” x 8” brick paver + $50 per brick inscription
On the order form in the space provided, please print in capital letters ONLY, your inscription as you wish it to appear on the brick

PROCEEDS BENEFIT:

Once you have purchased your paving brick, the Lisle Partners for Parks Foundation immediately directs the proceeds to the following areas:

  • Scholarship funds for families who otherwise cannot afford to participate in recreation programs.
  • Enrichment of the quality of life in the greater Lisle area through assisting the Lisle Park District in providing quality recreation programs and services.
  • Advancement of the mission of the Lisle Park District.
  • Encouragement and strengthening of relationships between private and public organizations.
